Raquel Torres Abrantes é licenciada em Nutrição e Engenharia Alimentar e Ciências da Nutrição pelo Instituto Universitário Egas Moniz. Colabora actualmente com a GS1 Portugal – Codipor, como gestora da qualidade dos dados e
formação e é docente da Unidade Curricular de Marketing e Empreendedorismo, do 4º ano do Curso de Ciências da Nutrição do Instituto Universitário Egas Moniz.
Possui 15 anos de experiência nas áreas de Nutrição, Marketing nutricional, Assuntos regulamentares, Comunicação Corporativa, Relações Públicas e Serviço
de Apoio ao Consumidor na Indústria Alimentar, colaborando igualmente como formadora em cursos organizados pela Federação da Indústria Portuguesa
Agro-Alimentar (FIPA), Associação Nacional de Comerciantes e Industriais de Produtos Alimentares (ANCIPA) e Associação Portuguesa dos Nutricionistas (APN) nas áreas de marketing nutricional e rotulagem alimentar.
Raquel Torres Abrantes has a degree in Nutrition and Food Engineering and Nutrition Sciences from the Egas Moniz University Institute. She currently collaborates with GS1 Portugal – Codipor, as a data and training quality manager and is a professor of the Marketing and Entrepreneurship Curricular Unit, of the 4th year of the Nutrition Sciences Course at the Egas Moniz University Institute.
She has 15 years of experience in the areas of Nutrition, Nutritional Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Communications, Public Relations and Consumer Support Service in the Food Industry, also collaborating as a trainer in courses organized by the Federation of the Portuguese Agro-Food Industry (FIPA), National Association of Traders and Industrialists of Food Products (ANCIPA) and the Portuguese Association of Nutritionists (APN) in the areas of nutritional marketing and food labeling.
