Roberta Alessandrini

Roberta Alessandrini is an Honorary Research Fellow at Queen Mary University of London. There, she completed her PhD considering the health impacts of saturated fat reformulation in manufactured food products. Roberta is very interested in the role of plant-based meat in healthy and sustainable diets and has conducted some important research in the field. Recently she joined PAN, the Physicians Association for Nutrition. PAN is present in more than ten countries and on three continents. The organisation aims to educate healthcare professionals about the health and environmental benefits of plant-based diets.
