Jennifer Pagand is R&D and innovation manager for the business unit Bakery Mixes at Puratos. Located at the Puratos headquarters in Belgium, she works on developing, in collaboration with the Marketing Department, innovative products and concepts for the grains and seeds breads category that can be positioned as healthy or nutritious. She also provides technical support to Puratos subsidiaries worldwide. Jennifer graduated with a master's degree in food science and food technology from ENSAIA (Nancy, France), an engineering school specializing in the food industry. |
