Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Postgraduate in Nutrition Education; Human Nutrition, and Communication of Health Sciences.  

Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist working in public health and community nutrition. Member of the Center of Analysis of the Scientific Evidence of the Spanish Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Chair of the European Specialist Dietitians Network in Public Health of the European Federation of Dietetic Associations (EFAD).

President of the Scientific Committee of "5 a day" Association for Promotion of Fruit and Vegetables Consumption, since 2006. Coordinator since 2011 of the Global Alliance for the  Promotion of Fruit and Vegetables Consumption "5 a day" - AIAM5.

Researcher in the Biomedical Research Centre Network on Pathophysiology of Obesity and Nutrition (CIBERobn) and the Institute of Sanitary Research of Balearic Islands (IdISBa) in the Area of Cardiovascular Pathophysiology and Nutritional Epidemiology from 2014, working in the PREDIMED and PREDIMED PLUS studies.  

Project manager of the Professional Body of Dietitians-Nutritionists of Balearic Islands. Coordinator of Food Based Dietary Guidelines of Balearic Islands. Author of the Hazard Analysis and Nutritional Control Points tool (HANCPtool) to help SME's on food reformulation in the framework of the FOOD PRO-FIT European project.

Extensive experience in the design, planning and development of nutrition education programs in schools and community setting.

Member of the teams awarded by NAOS Awards (Strategy for Nutrition, Physical Activity and Obesity Prevention - Spanish Minister of Health):  Applied Research, 2007 (Eating habits improvement in schoolchildren) and Entrepreneurial initiative, 2009 (HANCPtool).
